word SLUT had to be coined by my beautiful
"Southern-To-The-Bone" Grandmother, Mama Dolly.
The first time I ever heard the word used was at church when a
young lady was chewing gum during Sunday morning services.
That was enough to get her labeled a slut. So how bad
could that be? |
| We
will use the word THEY instead of SLUTS so you can get the jist
of how this little word has been rather overused and
misunderstood. |
In
1940....THEY chewed gum in Church
In 1950....THEY wore red lipstick and slacks
In 1960....THEY wore mascara and eye shadow
In 1970....THEY wore hip-hugger pants and halter tops
In 1980....THEY dyed their hair and had breast implant
surgery
In 1990....THEY had a tattoo and an ex-husband
In 2000....THEY (God forbid) had their naval pierced and
wore toe rings...
And on
and on it goes....
So I guess that pretty much covers all of us. In
one way or another we are all... |
